It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you still want to return the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs if you do not choose to exchange your return for another product. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care, and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

Unfortunately, it can happen that your ordered item is broken and you would like to have it repaired. When you let us know, we will check for you whether this repair is still covered by the warranty, and if not, we will inform you of any costs.

If you want to have the item in question repaired, the shipping costs for sending your item to our webshop are in any case for your own account. When we have received your package, we will handle the repair further and ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Some products that you buy through this web store are custom made according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
