The gag bit is ideal for young horses due to the pressure distribution or spirited horses to prevent the bit from being pulled through the mouth. With the TRUST snaffle bit, the bars on the jawpiece are slightly bent outwards so that they cannot come into contact with the side of the horse's head.
The double-jointed bit has two hinge points, is shaped more towards the mouth and lies a bit looser in the mouth. This bit acts on the tongue, layers and corners of the mouth.
The Sweet Iron bits are made of steel and have a recognizable blue color. Sweet Iron develops surface rust through contact with (air) moisture that tastes sweet and stimulates the horse's saliva production in a natural way. This will cause the horse to foam more, which ensures better acceptance of the bit.
